Like the corners of my mind
Misty water-colored memories
Of the way we were
Scattered pictures,
Of the smiles we left behind
Smiles we gave to one another
For the way we were
Can it be that it was all so simple then?
Or has time re-written every line?
If we had the chance to do it all again
Tell me, would we? Could we?
Memories, may be beautiful and yet
What’s too painful to remember
We simply choose to forget

| Heirs A Storm Coming "Harley" April 15,2000-September 9,2002 A true friend, an ability way beyond even your own knowledge and taken from us way too soon. You gave me a joy no other had before you and no other has since. I miss you more than words can express. You provided that big shoulder and huge hip for many tears and became my rock through a very difficult time in my life. You were the best! |
